Discover the beauty of the Ceira River, Góis, through an exciting water walk! This unique activity begins at the Monte Redondo Hydroelectric Power Plant Reservoir, where the river displays a well-preserved riparian gallery. Get ready for an adrenaline-filled adventure as you climb over dams and rocks, with jumps ranging between 2m and 8m, depending on the conditions. This activity is a gentler form of canyoning, perfect for beginners, but still requires some dexterity and physical endurance.

• You should bring water and a light lunch, shoes for walking in the water (sneakers or sneakers or boots with thick and rough soles), sunscreen. You can bring a Lycra shirt to wear under your wetsuit. If you wear prescription glasses, you should attach a cord to make them more secure;

Be amazed by the cultural heritage, the historic gardens, and their landscape, marked by vineyards and crowned by mountains on the horizon. Walls were torn down and gardens were added, allowing you to discover rows of boxwood, tiles, flowerbeds, vegetable gardens, and the beautiful colors and fragrances that characterize this Portuguese garden that appeals to the senses.

Descent of the Mondego River, the largest Portuguese river, in a 12km sector between the Carvoeira dam (Penacova) and Praia Fluvial dos Palheiros / Zorro (Coimbra). This is the largest and most commercial tourist entertainment activity in our country, and is recommended for getting started in canoeing. It has stunning natural surroundings with varied vegetation and countless birds. During the summer there are some small rapids that provide some excitement.
