This unique activity begins at the Monte Redondo Hydroelectric Power Plant Reservoir, where the river displays a well-preserved riparian gallery. Get ready for an adrenaline-filled adventure as you climb over dams and rocks, with jumps ranging between 2m and 8m, depending on the conditions. This activity is a gentler form of canyoning, perfect for beginners, but still requires some dexterity and physical endurance.

• You should bring water and a light lunch, shoes for walking in the water (sneakers or sneakers or boots with thick and rough soles), sunscreen. You can bring a Lycra shirt to wear under your wetsuit. If you wear prescription glasses, you should attach a cord to make them more secure;
