Our programs include, on the 24th, a full **Christmas Eve and Christmas Dinner Buffet** , with drinks and traditional sweets. On the 25th, we will celebrate with a **Christmas Buffet Lunch** to share moments of family harmony.

**Cancellation Policies**

 
• Reservations will only be confirmed after payment of 50% of the total amount, with proof of payment sent within 24 hours of booking (in the case of bank transfer). The remaining amount must be paid up to 15 days before the check-in date.

 
• Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival; after this period, the full amount will be charged. In case of no-show, there is no refund.

 
• Reservations made after December 15, 2025 require full payment (100%) with proof of payment sent within 24 hours of booking and do not allow free cancellation; the full amount will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show.

 
• Children up to 3 years old stay free of charge in a crib (maximum 1 per room). Children aged 4 to 12 and up to 16 years old can be accommodated in an extra bed at an additional cost and depending on the type of bed (maximum 1 per room).

 
• Children aged 13 to 16 incur an additional cost and should contact reception. The availability of cots and extra beds is subject to confirmation.
